Please take note that the prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD)

Ordering & Payment
Once we have received your order a confirmation email including the order number will be forwarded to your nominated email account. All orders are packed and dispatched within three (3) business days once your payment has cleared. You will receive a dispatch notice to your nominated email account by end of business the day, the day your order has been sent. Please take note of your order number and make reference to it in any correspondence with our team.

Payment Method    PayPal
Fleur de Lis uses PayPal for all payments to ensure that your purchase online is a safe and secure one.
Through PayPal Australia Pty Ltd we accept secured Visa, MasterCard and bank-account funded PayPal account payments for both Australian and International customers. There is no need to create a PayPal account, only a valid email address is required to complete the payment.
Orders through PayPal are cleared instantly, providing there are relevant funds in the account of course.

We accept payment from International Customers through PayPal in Australian Dollars ($AUD)

Shipping
All orders are posted via Australia Post in Express Post Satchels within (3) business days after your payment has cleared.
The postage costs for Australian orders are as follows:
All orders (up to 500g) $8.00
Please contact us for postal costs outside Australia and we will email postage costs according to the country of delivery.
Please also note that we are not responsible for any delays at customs, and that the full value of the goods will be declared upon postage.
International orders will take from 5 business days to deliver; proof of postage can be emailed through upon request.
Please note that we reserve the right to confirm any order via phone or email prior to the order being sent.

Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to offer returns or exchanges as follows:

Damaged Items

If the items you have received have been damaged in anyway, or the items you have received are not the items that you ordered, we are more than happy to offer a full refund including postage, exchange (if in stock) or a store credit note.
Please contact us at contact@fleurdelisjewellery.com.au  with an image and description of the damage immediately so we can arrange for the items to be exchanged.
In the case that a discount amount has been used when purchasing the items, the refund, exchange or store credit will be to the value of the Item Cost minus Discount but plus original postage.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Fit
If returning the items due to incorrect fit or change of mind, we are happy to exchange or offer store credit but ask that you pay for Registered Post when returning the item to us and for the postage costs of the exchange item. Please email the registration number of the parcel through to contact@fleurdelisjewellery.com.au once the item has been posted to us.
Store Credit or Exchange will not be offered for any item that is not posted back via Registered Post and is lost in the mail.
All returned items must be in their original (unworn/unwashed) condition, in original packaging and with all swing tags or point of sale materials attached.
Item must be received within 7 days of the Authorisation Code being issued.

Sale Items
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any sale items unless the item is deemed to be faulty or damaged.
Before Returning Your Item please email contact@fleurdelisjewellery.com.au  letting us know the reason for the return or exchange, along with your order number, postal address and method of payment.
You will be issued an Authorisation Code and asked to print and complete a ‘Returns Form’ which is to be included when returning the parcel.

Privacy statement
We will not sell, share or rent any information disclosed or collected from this website, this includes but is not limited to email, IP or postal addresses, credit card or bank information.
Any user of this website has the option to use the contact form for correspondence. The list of users will never be shared nor resold in any matter.
